*We strive to be completely trustworthy and professional from the beginning of the buying process to close. In fact, we hope you are so pleased with our effort on your behalf that you will come back and use as as your realtor for every home purchase you make over the years to come. However, we will ask that you sign a buyer's representation agreement so that we can establish up front who we are representing (You the buyer or for the seller?). It is not required that you sign the agreement and you may of course represent yourself in any home purchase, but it is required by Texas state law that we inform you of the availability of buyer representation and the various roles that the real estate professional can assume. Also, we recommend that you let us assist you in getting pre approved with a mortgage lender so that all of us know right away just how much buying power you have before you begin your home search. |
