Bernie and I are just returning from an intense week of training at the annual Keller Williams Family Reunion-Conference.

Clint Swindall, international speaker, author and trainer was the key note speaker.  In fact, a while back the convention schedule was changed to fit into his schedule!

What a powerful message he delivered to the audience of 7000 Keller Williams agents at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.  Clint Swindall wrote a book titled, Engaged Leadership. Clint talked about how people are negative and if you ask them how they are doing.....they will give you a negative long winded response.  All I can say is, get the book, hear him speak and TELL ME SOMETHIN' GOOD!

New technology, marketing techniques, and training from several millionaire real estate agents were heard.  An abundance of exhibits were displayed the entire convention.  Hands on training by big names, mega agents from all over the country and Canada was delivered to all.

What does this mean to you?  Whether at Eagle Mountain Lake, Fort Worth, Southlake, you name it........marketing a home in these times requires skill.  It's takes alot more to SELL a home than a sign in the yard, the multiple listing service, etc.  Bernie and I have invested in training and tools to stay on the cutting edge.
