Great News!  When you ask someone in the Tarrant County/Fort Worth area where the Million Dollar Homes sold were located....you might get a few different answers. 

Since July 2008 and until the end of the year of 2008 there were seven sales in Fort Worth above One Million, according to the North Texas Real Estate Information System (ntreis.net). 

The BIG STORY is that three of these seven sales above a Million were waterfront homes on Eagle Mountain Lake.   These homes were located on deep water, East side-(close to Fort Worth Boat Club) and on the South side of the Lake.

Keller Williams Realty represented over 50% of the buyers and sellers of these Million dollar homes at Eagle Mountain Lake.

Four other homes sold above One million in the last half of 2008.  Two of the homes sold were in Monseratt, one sale was in Mira Vista and another sale was in Rivercrest.
